I was so stoked to see a Fuzzy's close to home! I had to introduce my Aunt and cousin to the deliciousness of this place!
They tested out the tacos...they needed some schooling on tacos outside of their normal fast food. But they fell in love with the nachos.
Now my aunt calls me to go and chat over nachos at Fuzzy's!! Gotta love some family time with nachos! -

We tried the Matthews location last year and had a mixed visit, but we decided to give this location a try because we are die hard Tex-Mex fans.
Unfortunately this location was even less satisfying. First off, why does the music have to be so freaking loud??? I understand the idea that music helps set the atmosphere, but I could not even hear the cashier and she couldn't hear me. It was ridiculous.
Now to the food. I cannot fathom how a Tex-Mex place cannot make real queso. Whatever "cheese" they use makes Velveeta taste gourmet. It is so plastic tasting - like worse than the nacho cheese at the movies/concession stand.
Beyond that, my son ordered cheese enchiladas. The first plate arrived and the enchiladas were just two luke warm corn tortillas wrapped around shredded cheese. The cheese wasn't melted at all. I took the plate back to the counter, requesting a new plate with melted cheese and a different sauce (so I would know if they really redid it). Second plate came back exactly the same. Yuck. Waste of money. -

I was out running a few errands and decided to finally give Fuzzy's a try. And for me, this place is just okay.
The menu is pretty simple. It has all your favorites tacos, nachos and margaritas.
I decided to go with the chicken nachos and a classic margarita. The margarita was tasty! I really enjoyed the sugar rim. They have other flavors that I'd like to check out.
The nachos for me were just okay. I liked the garlic sauce and cheese sauce but I also like more toppings on my nachos. Not an issue here, just my personal preference. The chips could have used a bit more seasoning, but I did like that they were sturdy enough to hold up
If I return, I'd give the tacos and some of the other sides a try. -

What a great little spot! Taco Tuesdays, you can buy 2 tacos and get one free. That's why we came here!
Started with margaritas- get a flight if you're unsure which flavor you want. Beware, some are super strong, some are just sweet. Get the regular margarita for a perfect balance.
The Dip Trio is delicious! You get chips with guacamole, salsa and quest. All the dips were amazingly yummy. The chips are sprinkled with seasoning salt for added flavor too.
For tacos, I chose 3 different ones. All were really good. The tacos were much bigger than expected; after all the chips and dip, I barely finished one taco! So that's great value as well!
My only gripe is that they don't have much variety of draft beers and the margaritas varied too much in alcohol content. Other than that, the food is awesome -

Met a friend here for a drink after work. Pretty good drinks they have a bunch of different frozen drinks, beers and hard liquor. The tacos awesome! I also got the nachos and they were delish. Everything comes with feta cheese on top of it which was very different but absolutely yummy. The ambiance was cool and laid back. Staff was super friendly. They have there own hot sauce and it's a prefect blend of spice and I wish they had a better happy hour specials but other than that I highly recommend stopping in.
To Matt you guys should have a beer special and liquor special for happy hour. We always had two different ones because not everyone a beer drinker or vice versa just a suggestion from a retiree of being in the industry for 12 years.
